Alex Lim, a model turned actor, recently starred in a local movie, The Lion Men,
directed by Singapore most commercially successful film director, Jack Neo.

We caught up with this home-grown model to have an insight to his fulfilling life.
Alex, turning 26 this year, graduated from University at Buffalo,
The State University of New York, with a major in communications.
Before embarking into the modelling industry, he used to sing and perform in cafes, clubs and events.
A natural talent in music, he also plays a part in composing songs for, I Do, music in Taiwan.
Standing at 1.88m, Alex is definitely made for the modelling industry.
He was first scouted by Serena Adsit, founder of Mint Models and then went on to sign a non-exclusive contract with Looque Models, Singapore, in 2012.
With his high fashion look and signature slit eyes, Alex nailed it with local stylists and photographers.
He landed himself in several editorials and covers like Mens Folio and Art Publika.
With strong goals and lots of hard work, Alex was fortunate enough to be offered an opportunity to
fly over to Milan for one of industry biggest fashion event, the Milan Fashion Week.
That kick start his life as an international model and he have since worked in countries like
London, Croatia, Switzerland and Milan.
